In light of the continuous spread of COVID-19, we at Funabashi Rocky Co.,Ltd., the founders of the Satellite App, want to be of much help as possible to the oncoming struggles that
are bound to happen in the climbing industry. When this pandemic ends, we believe that Satellite will work as a catalyst in speeding up the restoration of normalcy and elevation of
business at climbing gyms. Because of this, we have decided the following:

All gyms registered to the Satellite App will be free of charge until June 30, 2020 (This date may be extended further based on the situation).

- All gyms that register now will receive a free 3 month trial.
ex. If a gym were to register between 4/03—4/30, then the free trial will be until 6/30. From 7/01 the monthly payment will begin
- Click on the [Registration] button to be redirected to the payment method page. (A payment will not be made until the first day after the free trial ends. If a gym decides
to continue using the app, then US$78 will be automatically charged from the account of the credit card that has been registered.)
- After registering, please download the Satellite Management Manual and open the Satellite Management Page to to complete the setup.
- Cancellations
- Information on the Management page of the gym will be saved up to a year after cancellation.
- If a gym decides to restart using Satellite within a years time, the gym’s original data can be recovered. Payment will begin on the first day of re-registering.
- User’s sends and other information related to the gym will be saved up to a year.
